JOHNSON & JOHNSON GLOBAL HEALTH EUITY

Isha Williams is the Global Lead of Healthcare Workforce Strategy& Programs for the Global Health Equity Organization of Johnson & Johnson. In this role, Isha drives the development and delivery of strategies that support Nurses and Community Health Workers, address care gaps, and deliver better health outcomes for patients globally.

Formerly, Isha served as Vice President of Marketing for the US Pulmonary Hypertension Therapeutic Area of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, and as the inaugural Head of Culturally Inclusive & Relevant (CIR) Marketing for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.

With a heart for global travel, languages, and culture, Isha’s passion for transformational patient impact has driven her career across diverse organizations and leadership assignments throughout the world.

Prior to joining Johnson &Johnson, Isha spent nearly 20 years at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Consumer Healthcare in local and global leadership roles in general management, integrated brand and customer marketing, innovation, and multicultural marketing. As part of her global experience at GSK, Isha led international teams as Country Manager of Ecuador and as Area Marketing Director for Latin America, where she was based in Brazil.

Isha holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and the Economics of Latin America from Franklin & Marshall College and earned her MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business of the University of Pittsburgh.


In her free time, Isha is a faithful public servant and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and co-founder of the GirlExec professional coaching series on YouTube.

Responsible for P&L delivery, market share, and commercial strategy and execution across healthcare professionals, payer and access networks, key opinion leader and digital channels. Accountable for a diverse and engaged organization of 33 experienced sales & marketing professionals.

Head of Media Excellence & Culturally Inclusive& Relevant (CIR) Marketing

Bolstered organizational competitiveness and catalyzed growth by integrating CIR marketing insight, capability, and measurement.
